1. Description of service

julietsgenealogy.org provides users with free access to a collection of personally researched genealogical data and links to on-line resources, including searchable databases (collectively, the “Content”), as well as opportunities to post messages and comments including information, personal home pages, and other materials on genealogical and family-related subjects. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance Content made available through the site shall be subject to the then-current Agreement. 

2. Conduct

While using the site, please respect the rights and dignity of others, and your use thereof is conditioned on your compliance with the following Rules of Conduct.

You should not:
A. Post, transmit, or otherwise make available anything that is or may be (i) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful, or intimidating; (ii) defamatory; (iii) fraudulent or tortuous; (iv) obscene, indecent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
B. Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that would violate another person’s privacy or other rights.
C. Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material, non-public information about a company without the proper authorization to do so.
D. Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation.
E. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Content. 
F. Create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the content without prior permission of the owner. 

3. Content

Every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy of the site.  I do not, however, extend any express warranties or representations as to the quality and accuracy of the Content or site and disclaim any implied warranties or representation to the maximum amount permissible under applicable law. julietsgenealogy.org offers the Content on an “as is basis” and (i) I do not accept responsibility for any use of or reliance on the Website or Content, or for any disruptions to or delay in the service; and (ii) I do not make any representations as to the accuracy, comprehensiveness, completeness, quality, currency, error-free nature, compatibility, security or fitness for purpose of the site or Content. You may use parts of the content; ie parish records, census and family trees and information stored in family history pages for your own private research but if you do this you should acknowledge site as the source of the information by providing a link to the reference and provide the full url. 

4. Links

The site may provide links to other Internet sites or resources. Because  julietsgenealogy.org has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that neither the site or site owner are responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
